En nuestro restaurante, rendimos homenaje a los sabores de España y del Mediterráneo, con platos elaborados a partir de productos frescos, de temporada y de cercanía. Desde el delicado pescado a la sal hasta nuestra paella, cuidamos cada detalle para que disfrute de una experiencia auténtica, sabrosa y sin artificios.
Andi Zillner, chef al frente del grupo Candela, es el artífice de esta propuesta. También forman parte del grupo el restaurante Candela, situado en el encantador casco antiguo de Marbella, y el yate Candela, un exclusivo Princess V58 disponible para alquiler en Puerto Banús. Cada uno de estos espacios comparte una misma filosofía: ofrecer placer culinario con alma, técnica y pasión.
Nuestro equipo de sala, formado por Christine, Manuel y Kyril, le acompañará con cercanía y conocimiento, ayudándole a elegir el aperitivo ideal, sus platos favoritos y el maridaje perfecto. Y, si lo prefiere, podrá dejarse sorprender con alguno de nuestros cócteles, creados para disfrutar al ritmo del mar.
La carta de vinos completa la experiencia: una cuidada selección que incluye referencias únicas de pequeños productores locales, etiquetas sorprendentes de jóvenes enólogos y también clásicos imprescindibles. Si lo desea, estaremos encantados de asesorarle.
Candelita forma parte de bdp, un grupo internacional con oficinas de asesoría legal, fiscal y auditoría, así como participaciones empresariales en distintos sectores. Su fundador, el Dr. Michael Bormann, asesor fiscal y emprendedor, ya soñaba durante su juventud —cuando dirigía una escuela de vela en Hamburgo— con crear restaurantes con carácter, lugares con alma a los que uno siempre quiera volver. At our restaurant, we pay tribute to the flavours of Spain and the Mediterranean with dishes prepared using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. From our signature salt-baked fish to a perfectly crafted paella, each plate is designed to offer an authentic, flavourful and honest experience.
Chef Andi Zillner, the creative mind behind the Candela group, leads this project. The group also includes the Candela restaurant in Marbella’s charming Old Town and the Candela yacht, a luxurious Princess V58available for charter in Puerto Banús. All share a common philosophy: to offer culinary pleasure with soul, technique and passion.
Our service team —Christine, Manuel and Kyril— will guide you with warmth and expertise, helping you discover the ideal starter, your new favourite dish, or the perfect wine pairing. Candelita is part of the international group bdp, which includes law firms, tax advisors, and auditors, as well as a range of business ventures. Its founder, Dr. Michael Bormann, tax advisor and entrepreneur, once dreamed —back when he ran a sailing school in Hamburg during his student days— of creating beautiful, characterful restaurants that people wouldn’t just visit once, but would always want to come back to. Candelita ist Teil der internationalen bdp-Gruppe, die Kanzleien für Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Rechtsberatung umfasst – ebenso wie vielfältige Unternehmensbeteiligungen. Gründer ist Dr. Michael Bormann, Steuerberater und Unternehmer, der schon als Student – damals Leiter einer Segelschule in Hamburg – davon träumte, Orte mit Charakter zu schaffen: Restaurants mit Seele, zu denen man nicht nur einmal kommt, sondern immer wieder gern zurückkehrt.
