OUR CHEF – Andi Zillner
He trained and soon began to tour Germany guided by his love for the richness and diversity of gastronomy. As a chef, he went through mythical restaurants such as Im Schiffchen Dusseldorf with 1 Michelin Star and the kitchens of the French group Novohotel.
At the age of 25 and driven by his love for Spanish gastronomy, he landed in Malaga and for 20 years worked in places like El Faro de Fuengirola or Alhaurin Golf Hotel until he founded his own restaurant in Alhaurín el Grande: “El Postillón”, this became a benchmark of Malaga cuisine.
However, curiosity and the desire to immerse himself in the new cuisines that were entering Europe with force pushed him once again to head north, where he worked in countries as diverse as: France, Bulgaria, Austria, Hungary and Romania.
Now he has returned to Malaga, specifically to Marbella and eager to offer us all his experience and experiences at CANDELA Marbella.
