Oyster and Cava Tasting

Come to Candela restaurant on Friday 11 November at 20:00 h where you can enjoy an oyster and cava tasting.

Our Tasting consists of the following dishes:

  1. Natural oyster and cooked oyster with lemon, coriander and redcurrant vinaigrette paired with MM Cava MARQUÉS DE MONISTROL
  2. Andy’s signature salmon (chef Candela) paired with POLVORETE
  3. Sheep’s cheese with rosemary RH paired with DIEGO RIVERA NOBLE
